I pronounce it Karamella, because English pronunciation is fully arbitrary and makes no sense.

I always pronounced it car-uh-mul. I usually do pronounce things like dictionary.com does, though.

It's a word borrowed from French so the French way (ka·ra·mèl) is the correct way, as always.

Kya-ra-mol - English
Karmel - Polish [we just read, we ain't having specific pronounce rules for 98-99% of words]
Kya-ra-mel [e with slash so it doesn't have the typical deep E-Y/Yh sound] - French

It's simply ca-ra-mel or ka-ra-mel.

It's karamelli in Finnish.

In English: Care-a-mell

In German: Cara-mell

That's one good thing about German, it's mostly pronounced the same way it's written.

I pronounce it the correct way. It is somewhat amusing to see that the word is better pronounced in Chinese anime than by your average American. カラメル will always be better than "car-uh-mul" and other abominations...

/ˈkæɹ.ə.mɛl/
A lot people say /ˈkɑɹ.məl/ which saves you a syllable but sounds the same as Carmel. Not a common name (you only really hear it in the Bible) but still I like to avoid homophones. Not to be confused with homophobes. I think that's called a "minimal pair" according to Wikipedia.

KHA-RA-MEL

I didn't invent English so that you guys can turn it into such an abomination. CARE-UH-MEL? Seriously? There are neither cars, nor keys, nor care in there. It's just caramel. Fuck*ng caramel. Say it. SAY IT!

In English, probably the variant of the RP is the closest to how I would pronounce it if I had to say it out loud: /ˈkæɹ.ə.mɛl/
In my own language, it's simply [kaʁaˈmɛl] which contains the exact same phonetic sounds as in the original French \ka.ʁa.mɛl\, just the intonation is different: more stress on "Ka-ra-mel" as opposed to having three equally stressed "ca-ra-mel" syllabels
